Pottery Fabric by Quilting Cowboy 51576-7
"Pottery was inspired by nostalgia for my childhood in Canada in the 70's. I remember the art objects we had around the home and things that made me feel quite inspired, even as a kid. Once such item that I always loved was our family's pottery collection and how with age, it would patina.
The crackle effect of this process found endlessly interesting: like looking down at a cityscape from an airplane. It was this feeling of childhood wonder and nostalgia that I wanted to capture and my design "paint" is a direct reflection of this. The remaining designs grew from this "- Dale Allen-Rowse
