In a Pickle’ is a modern English Paper Piecing Quilt that takes it’s inspirations from a traditional 9 patch block. Featured fabrics are from previous Anna Maria Horner collections as well as from the Conservatory Chapter 2 – Portraits collection teamed with a punchy ‘Pickle’ linen.
The pattern is complimented by fully illustrated diagrams and photos that help guide the maker in the construction of the full and half blocks required and the final assembly of the quilt. This quilt allows the maker to fussy cut, or not, either way it’s a fun portable project.
A colouring sheet is also included in the pattern for those that might like to plan and play with other possible colour options. Think graduating rainbow from one side to the other or maybe a greyscale background from the centre out.
